DDHow it ships

From a single carton
to a full container.

Kaysan ships wholesale orders by air, sea LCL and full container — from Hong Kong and our China supply base. Tell us the size and the destination, and we recommend the mode that gets your parts there at the right speed and the right cost.

D-01Shipping modes

Scaled to your order

A sample box and a container-load are not the same shipment. Kaysan handles the full range — and helps you pick the mode that fits the order.

MODE 01

Air freight

Small & urgent

The fastest route. Ideal for samples, urgent restocks and high-value parts you need on the shelf in days, not weeks.

D-02Every shipment

Handled, not just handed over

Whichever mode you choose, the shipment leaves the desk consolidated, packed for export and fully documented.

01

One consolidated shipment

Kaysan truck parts and recognized-brand industrial supply combined into one carton, one invoice, one shipment.

02

Export-ready packing

Parts protected, palletised and labelled for international transit — with cross-reference and fitment data on the box.

03

Complete documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list and the export paperwork your freight forwarder and customs broker need.

04

Terms that suit you

Air, LCL or full container on the Incoterms agreed per market. Pricing is confirmed in the enquiry — never public.

D-03The process

From enquiry to dispatch

Kaysan does not run a public checkout. Delivery is coordinated through the wholesale enquiry once references, quantities and destination are confirmed.

01

Reference & quantity check

The wholesale desk confirms part references, quantities, packing needs and destination market before quoting.

02

Mode recommendation

Based on order size, urgency and destination we propose air freight, LCL or a full container — with indicative transit and terms.

03

Consolidation

Where practical, truck and industrial lines are combined so you manage one shipment instead of several supplier conversations.

04

Export-ready packing

Parts are packed, palletised and labelled for export, with documentation prepared for your forwarder.

05

Dispatch & handoff

Booked with the carrier and handed off on the agreed Incoterms — with the documents to track it through to arrival.
