BBHow we build

We develop the part —
not just resell the box.

A Kaysan reference is the output of a five-gate procedure. Every step is a checkpoint. A part only carries the mark when it passes all five.

P-00The procedure

From manufacturer to one quality standard

Each step is a gate. A reference only carries the Kaysan mark when it passes all five.

01

Manufacturer selection

Audited, not just quoted. We inspect facilities, review capability and consistency — then shortlist the plant best suited to make the part well. Lowest price is not the criteria.

02

Engineering & design

Specified against OEM fitment data. Thread, gasket, bypass setting, media grade. Every dimension is defined before a tool is cut.

03

Testing & validation

Bench-tested for the function that matters. Flow and pressure for filters. Thermal load and fatigue for pistons. Burst for hoses. No pass, no mark.

04

Value engineering

Remove cost the buyer never sees. Keep what they feel — sealing, fit, service life. The right balance of quality, performance and price for the fleet operator.

05

One quality standard

One label, one consolidation point, one standard. Fitment data, cross-references and traceability made physical on every box.

P-02Engineering & design

Specified, not guessed

Specified against OEM fitment data

We work from the host platform's data: thread, gasket, bypass setting, media grade. Samples are checked to these targets before a manufacturer is cleared to produce.

OEM fitment data is the baseline
Every dimension toleranced
Material specs locked before tooling

Bench-tested for the function that matters

Dimensional inspection first. Then the test that matters for that part: flow and pressure for filters, thermal and fatigue for pistons, burst for hoses. Every reference earns the mark individually.

04Value engineering

Remove the cost the buyer never sees.

Value engineering is not cheapening the part. It is keeping the quality a fleet feels — sealing, fit, service life — and cutting the cost it does not: over-finished surfaces, gold-plated packaging, the wrong plant for the job.

01

Right plant, right price

Matched to capability, not lowest quote.

02

Quality the buyer feels

Sealing, fit and service life protected.

03

Fitment data on the box

Fewer mis-picks, fewer returns.

04

One standard

Same mark, same label, every reference.

Engineered supply

Stocking parts with no standard behind them?

Every Kaysan reference is developed through manufacturer auditing, engineering specification and bench validation — one mark you can stock with confidence.
