One code per physical part
The BB-CCC-NNNN format gives every physical part a single reference. Cross-fits live in the data, never as duplicate SKUs, so the same part is never ordered twice under two numbers.
Crawlable cross-references
Every comparison number renders as real, human-readable HTML — readable by your counter staff and by search engines — so a pasted OEM number lands on the matching Kaysan part.
Supplier qualification
Manufacturers are reviewed for capability, repeatability, documentation, and platform relevance before a part is listed — not after a complaint comes back.
Inspection before supply
Critical dimensions, finish, packaging, and part-number labelling are checked before dispatch on wholesale orders, so what leaves the desk matches what was promised.

The standard is ours, and we own it from tooling to the carton.

For control systems, drives, instrumentation, electrical and machinery parts, we do not reinvent what the world’s recognized manufacturers already do well. We curate the brands buyers already trust, verify the part number and authenticity, and consolidate them onto one Kaysan invoice — the brand you asked for, checked and shipped with everything else.
Checked against the source, not assumed
Comparison numbers are verified against canonical references — Diesel Technic, Sampa, and OEM data — rather than inherited from a single supplier’s tags. What the catalogue claims, it can back up.
